Worldwide Missions Scholarship Fund
In 2020, PRF (Planted Roots Foundation) created a program/platform for scholarships for "Worldwide Missions". This program will fund raise and sponsor individuals who are willing and able to go on volunteer missions around the world to assist in things like disaster clean up, fence building, home/school building, cooking and teaching. Once it is up and running - this mission fund will be open to the public and will give scholarships to individuals of all ages to assist in travel costs for mission trips.
HOW TO APPLY: Applications for this fund are currently closed. When funds are available, applications will be accepted until funds are gone.
HOW TO DONATE to MISSIONS SCHOLARSHIPS: by clicking the DONATE button. All funds donated for scholarships will be available to applicants as soon as they are received, and will be distributed based on need.

"Worldwide Missions" is Christian and Love based. If you are approved for a scholarship, attend a mission or apply and then violate our NO HATE Policy you will be immediately disqualified from future scholarships and/or participation and will be required to refund any Scholarship monies given or paid on your behalf. This includes ANY online or social media bullying. At PRP we believe in Respect, Tolerance, Love, Kindness and treating others with compassion and patience.

Requirements for Application***
1. Individuals applying for scholarship funds must be at least 18 years old and must be a US citizen.
2. Individuals applying for a scholarship must carry a valid US passport and have no travel restrictions.
3. Individuals applying for scholarship funds must not have a criminal record.
4. Individuals applying for Scholarship funds must provide information for the Mission Coordinator, an acceptance letter for the mission being taken, and a detailed itinerary for the mission trip being taken.
5. When a submission is approved for a scholarship, funds will be distributed directly to the appropriate company for flight cost, lodging cost and/or other travel costs such as rental car etc. Scholarships are NOT distributed directly to the individual and cannot refund fee's or travel costs already payed by the individual. Scholarship funds can not be used for sight seeing, admissions for attractions, clothing, souvenirs, alcohol or food.
